Account and associated data deletion

You can request deletion from inside BabyLog or from this public page if you cannot access your account.

Delete from BabyLog

Open Account, scroll to Delete account and follow the inline confirmation steps. This is the fastest option when you can sign in.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access BabyLog, email support@babylogi.com from, or while identifying, the email address used for your BabyLog account. Use the subject “BabyLog account deletion request”. Reasonable verification may be required. Never send your password.

What is deleted

The process is intended to remove your BabyLog account and associated server-side BabyLog records, including stored consent records. Local app data is cleared by the in-app deletion flow; device-only data can also be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling BabyLog. Limited information may be retained where required by law, for security or fraud-prevention purposes, or temporarily in provider backups.
