Terms of Use

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of BabyLog, provided under the public developer name Nestly Labs. By creating an account or using BabyLog, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

BabyLog is a personal organization and tracking tool for recording baby-care activities such as feeding, pumping, sleep, diapers, routines and notes.

2. Adults and authorized caregivers

BabyLog is intended for adults. You may enter child information only when you are a parent, guardian, caregiver or otherwise authorized to do so.

3. Not medical advice

BabyLog is not a medical device, emergency service or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not rely on BabyLog for urgent or clinical decisions or delay qualified medical care because of information shown in the app.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping account access secure, for activity performed through your account, and for information you choose to enter. Do not allow unauthorized persons to access your account.

5. Child and sensitive information

You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to enter child-related or potentially sensitive information. Do not collect, upload or share information unlawfully or beyond what is reasonably necessary for your caregiving and organizational purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload malicious content, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use BabyLog for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.

7. Availability and changes

Features may be updated, modified, suspended or discontinued as the service evolves. Uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation is not guaranteed.

8. Data, exports and backups

You retain responsibility for information you enter. BabyLog provides CSV export and account-deletion tools. Export information you consider important; BabyLog is not guaranteed to function as a permanent archival or backup system.

9. Third-party services

BabyLog depends on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, authentication, analytics and notification providers. Their availability, security and processing practices may be governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual property

BabyLog software, branding, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose and do not transfer ownership.

11. Disclaimer

BabyLog is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for parenting, caregiving, medical and other real-world decisions and for independently verifying important information.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BabyLog and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from your unlawful misuse of BabyLog, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization. This clause does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Termination

You may stop using BabyLog at any time and may delete your account. Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary for abuse, security, legal compliance or material violations of these Terms.

15. Force majeure

BabyLog is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside its control, such as major network failures, provider outages, natural disasters, governmental actions or other force-majeure events, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without permission where such restriction is permitted by law. BabyLog may transfer rights or obligations as part of a reorganization, transfer of the service or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

17. No waiver and severability

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific feature, form the agreement governing use of BabyLog and supersede prior statements about the same subject to the extent permitted by law.

19. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that apply to you and cannot legally be waived.

20. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as BabyLog evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest update date. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.

21. Contact

Service, account or privacy support: support@babylogi.com. General business or legal correspondence: contact@babylogi.com.

Premium subscriptions

Where offered, certain features may require a monthly or annual auto-renewing BabyLog Premium subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Before a purchase can start, BabyLog displays the current localized store price and billing period supplied by the applicable store. A subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless canceled through the applicable store, subject to the store terms and applicable law.

Manage, cancel, restore and billing changes

Existing subscribers can use the subscription-management link in BabyLog Account settings to open the applicable store subscription controls, and can use Restore purchases where available. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and access may continue through the paid period unless a refund, revocation, store rule or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds, billing retries, grace periods, price changes and payment processing are handled under the applicable store rules and mandatory law. Premium feature availability may change as described in these Terms; paid features remain organizational tools and do not become medical advice.
