Apple Watch
Live time-since counters, timers for nursing, pumping, sleep and walks, quick bottle amounts and diaper logging, and a complication on your watch face.
Wear OS
For Galaxy Watch4 and newer and Pixel Watch: timers, quick bottle amounts and diaper logging, plus a Tile and a watch-face complication. Taps are queued offline and sent when you are back in range.

A running nursing or sleep timer stays on your lock screen, so you always know how long it has been.
